Preparation
of Self
My
work as a psychotherapist and my many years of experience
as a Physical Therapist support me in connecting easily with
all types of people. I am also actively involved with a
meditation practice and with personal growth. These practices
assist me in being more connected with my intuition and in
developing the courage, willingness and the skills to accompany
people into the internal territory where their sacred healing
occurs.
Experience
For
several years I have served as a faculty advisor coaching
students in an innovative course Self-Mastery Through Self
Management at the University of Santa Monica. I have several
years of experience developing training materials and supervising
graduate assistants.
I
also have extensive experience providing inpatient and outpatient
psychotherapy services in the following areas: mood disorders,
alcohol, drugs, codependence, parenting groups, and school
and court ordered teens and their families.
Location
My offices are located in northern San Diego County in Solana Beach and
in San Marcos.
